本會參加了2年舉行一次之上市公司企業治理論壇，2012年在上海舉行，今年移師到深圳舉行。 本會有二十多名會員聯同理事參加。 在深圳五州賓館舉行 本會協辦當晚之頒獎晚宴 論壇有超過一千人參加 本會會員及理事參加論壇之開幕儀式 本會會長頒獎給得獎之上市公司 分組論壇
